What payment options are available?

We currently accept the following payment methods.

Do you accept returns and exchanges?

All purchases are considered final. Cancellations and changes are not accepted after an order has been placed.
If the item has been damaged before arrival or we sent you the wrong item, please contact us immediately with a photo and description of the issue. We may be able to issue a replacement or refund.

What is your shipping policy?

• Orders are processed after payment is confirmed.
• We use DHL for shipping.
• Typical shipping times (from order to delivery) are 2 weeks for Base Model putters or accessories, and 3 weeks for Design T putters.
Q4:
Will I have to pay customs duties?
A4:
Typically, golf clubs are not subject to customs duties. However, since headcovers are leather products, there may be a customs duty on the cover, collected by the delivery person. We do not collect any duties.
We cannot guarantee whether customs duties will be required since we do not track the policies of all jurisdictions, and they can be subject to change. When in doubt, please contact the customs authority in your local jurisdiction.
