SAKAKI is using a font called Didot.
This font is mainly used by SAKAKI for expanding overseas markets such as copyrighted works and sales media. As an exception, SAKAKI may not use Didot fonts. In this case, SAKAKI allows to use fonts other than the specified font.

Didot font is asked to used for all authorized distributors and markets dealing with SAKAKI products and brands. If using a font other than the one specified by SAKAKI, you may be instructed by SAKAKI.
If you don't own the Didot font, you need to contact SAKAKI to receive the font data.

Uses for media such as SNS and blogs:
SAKAKI do not force general media to use fonts freely, however, when promoting or selling SAKAKI, if using fonts other than those specified, it may be unofficial.

In high-awareness markets, we lead with the SAKAKI Symbol. It’s universal and instantly identifiable as shorthand for our brand. However, without the SAKAKI Symbol might not read as SAKAKI.

The Story and Meaning of SAKAKI Symbol

The SAKAKI symbol represents Sakakibara, the founder of SAKAKI.

The main kanji is read as "SAKAKI" in Japanese. Sakaki is a sacred plant that is deeply related to God in Shinto. Since ancient times, in Japan, it has been thought that the power of God resides in plants and those with sharp tips. Sakaki also seems to have a role as a substitute for God to descend.

And the surroundings around the letters of SAKAKI represent roses. Rose is pronounced "bara" in Japanese. The meaning of one rose flower language is also included.

This symbol expresses SAKAKI's feelings for making putters.
