Order Request Forms


 SAKAKI putters are created exclusively on a commission basis. Potential clients must submit a formal request to the company. If a request is approved, the potential client will be contacted by SAKAKI within 2-7 days to finalize the details of the commission and to arrange for payment and transport. Unapproved requests will receive no further communication from SAKAKI
